Refund policy

At Ipek House, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days after the item is delivered, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the condition in which they were received
Returned with their original packaging and included accessories, when applicable

We reserve the right to decline a return if an item has been used, damaged, altered, or is otherwise not in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at brodyhyatt62@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The name of the item you would like to return
The reason for the return

We will provide instructions for returning the item after reviewing your request.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Ipek House is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Restocking Fees

Ipek House does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at brodyhyatt62@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after the refund has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Products designated as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Any applicable final-sale designation will be identified on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

After the 1-hour cancellation period or once an order has been fulfilled, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Eligible items may instead be subject to the return policy described above.
